To get a RERA card, you will need to obtain a residency visa and undergo a certified brokerage course. At ILand Real Estate, we will book candidates on to a five-day course after securing your residency visa and share your certification and license once completed.
5. How to become a real estate broker in Dubai?
If you have sales experience and a hunger for success, you can become a real estate broker in Dubai. When choosing a brokerage, we recommend checking what training is provided by the company. It is also important to check the tools which you will need to succeed in your career, including marketing and admin support, lead generation, access to a database of clients, as well as career progression opportunities.
